Where? Was created in Mesopotamia 
When? The exact day doesn’t specificate but it was 300 years before they where used for chariots 
Why? Was created first was created for transportation, they created to serve as Potter’s wheel
How? Was created with rocks with a empty space in the middle a piece of wood in form of cylinder that is putting in the empty space 
Who? The person that created the wheel is not specificate but was created by slaves and wasn’t used for transportation was created to serve
What? The wheel is a thing that is used to translate something more easier but at the first was used to serve as Potter wheel
